La tesis dl catedrático Ramón Herrera Bravo, sobre el contrato de depósito, fue plagiada del italiano Carlo Alberto Marchi. Es muy evidente porque se nota que desconoce el idioma y calca "consegnare "consignar", cuando en italiano significa simplemente "entregar".Esa no es su única contribución a la ciencia. Un artículo suyo de los Estudios en Homenaje a Juan Iglesias sobre la custodia copia literalmete varias páginas del libro de César Rascón sobre la custodia en el pignus. Sólo añade alguna nota con añadidura "bis" para que se haga más evidente... Uno no sabe si es tonto o demasiado cínico.
